Century Stairs was established in 2000 to service home builders, renovators and home owners with a completely new method of stair and railing installation resulting in a superior finished product.

Our system uses a Steel Frame structure to provide you with safe, temporary stairs (2" x 10" spruce treads) during construction.
The temporary treads will be removed and replaced with our prefinished stairs and railings upon completion of the construction project.  This system minimizes damage that can often be incurred during home construction.

Our system's modular design also allows it to fit easily into renovations where a conventional staircase would be much more difficult to install.   Once the construction project is next to complete we will install the prefinished stairs and railings minimizing damage that is normally incurred.

Dealing individually with every detail from design and selection to installation, we will make sure that you are ecstatic about the finished product and price.

We guarantee all our workmanship and are extremely proud of the 1000's of successful homes, renovations and custom projects that our customers can enjoy AND rely on for the rest of their lives.

We received the "Contractor of the Year" award from Terra View Homes the first year it was awarded in 2006.  This only goes to show our commitment to service.
Examples of the jobs we deal with on a daily basis include:

  • New Homes
  • Staircase capping
  • Custom renovations and additions
  • Retrofitting existing stairs with a new look
  • Custom Floor to Floor Measurements
  • Winder Boxes
  • Custom matched stains and colors
  • Custom Post Profiles
  • Custom Railing Profiles
  • We resolve headroom clearance issues
  • Ornamental railings
  • Prefinished Product

Beyond new installations, we are experienced at capping existing stairs.  Whether you are renovating or not, you can give your home a fresh new look by removing your tired worn out carpeted stairs.   All Stair capping components are prefinished off site to minimize inconvenience of not being able to use your staircase while they are being finished.

Stairs can be stain matched to existing floors, cabinets, railings or even to a new project.  We use 1 piece capping ensuring it will look like a completed hardwood staircase.  Stair capping is typically installed in 1 day minimizing any inconvenience to you.
